The client/contractor relationship depends on each individual homeowners unique situation and project requirements. We start the process by developing preliminary drawings from our draftsman or selected architect. Once the design has been chosen, we’ll cost-out/estimate the project and if approved, then proceed to full, final drawings and cost estimates. Once the final design and construction costs are being finalized, customers will contact a financial advisor to determine the best financing rates and options. Finally, when the final design is complete, the costs are in and financing approved, we set up a project schedule/timeline and connect you with your username and password for confidential access to the ‘Customer Project Center’.
Remodeling projects tend to create a lot of stress on the homeowner depending on the size and complexity of the project.
